Founder & CEO
Frederick is a Franco-German top executive, by culture, nationality and experience.
His professional experience comprises two main chapters:
– nearly 10 years in international finance at the French Treasury, at the board of the World Bank Group and at the private office of then Finance Minister Christine Lagarde,
– followed by more than 13 years within global industrial groups (Siemens, dormakaba, SUEZ) in Germany, France, and Switzerland, building a unique track record of comprehensive transformation from strategic, branding, customer relationship, organizational and operational point of views. He was a major contributor to the carve-out and IPO of Siemens Healthineers, to the two merger attempts between Alstom and Siemens Mobility, to the acquisition of Areva Wind by Siemens Energy and and the integration of Dresser-Rand, before leading the turnarounds at dormakaba and SUEZ.
Anchored in strong employee ownership, these transformations have focused on differentiation from competitors, capturing the opportunities of industry 4.0 (IoT, AI, etc.) and of corporate social responsibility. They have resulted in particular in a strong increase in customer satisfaction and a significant recovery of operating margins.
After leaving SUEZ, after three years on the Executive Committee, in charge of the Group’s strategic repositioning, sustainability, and the turnaround of its commercial performance, he has been developping a successful consulting business, advising French and German green tech start-ups and SMEs, as well as a large franco-German financial institution.
He has also been serving as a non-executive board member at B+T GmbH, on behalf of Igneo Infrastructure Partners.
Last he has been teaching in a Master’s program on water and waste management, for the largest online-university.
As a father of three and an accomplished triathlete, with multiple ironmans under his belt, he believes in the balance between work, family and sport.
